Shipping Policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you with an option to choose an alternative.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa.  Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available.

3. Delivery Time
We thrive on quick turnarounds and fulfil orders as soon as possible. All orders are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-3 working days for delivery to major cities and 3-5 working days to outlying areas. 

Please note that while we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time for your courier. Delivery times can vary depending on factors such as location, traffic conditions, strikes, load shedding etc. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up for you.
